8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

At Anthropoiid, all our products are made to order, which means each item is specially produced after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, we will assist you if there is an issue with your order in the following cases:

1. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

2. Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share photos and videos showing the damage along with a video of opening the parcel.

Once we review the issue, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund to the account wallet if the claim is valid.

Important Notes

• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging when reporting an issue
• Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings and the made-to-order nature of our products

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds to the account wallet will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the account wallet and will be valid for a period of 6 months.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective.

9. Jewellery Care

All our jewellery is crafted using 925 sterling silver, enhanced with targeted patina, and sealed with a clear anti-tarnish coating that helps protect your jewellery for up to 4–6 months.

Customers are advised to:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
• Store jewellery in dry, airtight containers
• Clean using a soft polishing cloth

Improper care may result in tarnishing or damage and will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
