1. General Return Policy

At Anthropoiid, all our products are made to order, which means each item is specially produced after your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  Personal preference
  

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with this policy.

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Eligible Cases for Returns or Refunds

We will assist you in the following situations:

1. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered:

2. Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings and the made-to-order nature of our products and are not considered defects
  

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  Refunds will be issued via the account wallet
  
• 
  Wallet balance will be valid for 6 months
  

Shipping charges and payment gateway fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Anthropoiid.

5. Return Shipping

In cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Anthropoiid may cover the return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the production process has begun.

Once a made-to-order or custom item has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled.
